N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v t\u00e9to souvislosti term\u00edn inteligentn\u00ed kabel \u010di inteligentn\u00ed podlaha, co\u017e v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro u\u017eivatele zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm l\u00e1kadlem. Poj\u010fme si v\u0161ak \u0159\u00edci o n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u00faskal\u00edch, kter\u00e9 toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve by bylo vhodn\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u011b popsat, co je to samoregula\u010dn\u00ed topn\u00fd kabel a jak funguje. Samoregula\u010dn\u00ed topn\u00fd kabel je elektrick\u00fd kabel, kter\u00fd se stejn\u011b jako klasick\u00fd odporov\u00fd topn\u00fd kabel za\u010dne p\u0159i pr\u016fchodu elektrick\u00e9ho proudu zah\u0159\u00edvat. Zat\u00edm co ale odporov\u00fd topn\u00fd kabel top\u00ed st\u00e1le stejn\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem, samoregula\u010dn\u00ed topn\u00fd kabel je schopen m\u011bnit sv\u016fj topn\u00fd v\u00fdkon v z\u00e1vislosti na teplot\u011b ve kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota na kabel p\u016fsob\u00ed z jeho p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho okol\u00ed, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00fd v\u00fdkon kabel vyprodukuje a naopak. Tato v\u00fdkonov\u00e1 charakteristika je v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b line\u00e1rn\u00ed s klesaj\u00edc\u00ed tendenc\u00ed p\u0159i vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed teplot\u011b. Kabely pak rozli\u0161ujeme z hlediska m\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi \u0159adami jsou kabely o v\u00fdkonech 10, 15, 25 W\/m ud\u00e1van\u00fdch p\u0159i 10\u00b0C. V\u00fdhodou t\u011bchto kabel\u016f je pou\u017eit\u00ed v libovoln\u00fdch d\u00e9lk\u00e1ch (omezeny jsou pouze maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed d\u00e9lkou) a v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 mo\u017enost \u00fapravy topn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu za z\u00e1klad\u011b okoln\u00edch teplot. D\u00edky samoregula\u010dn\u00edmu efektu se tyto kabely nemohou vlastn\u00ed produkc\u00ed topn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t a to ani p\u0159i vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m doteku \u010di k\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Toho se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i ochran\u011b a oh\u0159evech potrub\u00ed, kde je pou\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto kabel\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nutnost\u00ed. Tyto vlastnosti se tedy mohou zd\u00e1t na prvn\u00ed pohled ide\u00e1ln\u00ed i pro podlahov\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, skute\u010dnost je v\u0161ak trochu jin\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee topn\u00fdm elementem u samoregula\u010dn\u00edch kabel\u016f nen\u00ed jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b klasick\u00fdch odporov\u00fdch kabel\u016f odporov\u00fd dr\u00e1t, ale speci\u00e1ln\u00ed plastov\u00e1 hmota zvan\u00e1 topn\u00e9 j\u00e1dro. Kvalitn\u00ed topn\u00e9 j\u00e1dro nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 vyrobit a kvalita kabel\u016f nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d \u0161irok\u00fdm spektrem v\u00fdrobc\u016f se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. Nejv\u00edce se to projevuje na \u017eivotnosti. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s klasick\u00fdm odporov\u00fdm dr\u00e1tem je toti\u017e \u017eivotnost topn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. A to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a m\u00e9n\u011b kvalitn\u00edch zna\u010dek. Elektrick\u00e9 podlahov\u00e9 topen\u00ed by m\u011blo m\u00edt stejnou \u017eivotnost jako ostatn\u00ed elektroinstalace v dom\u011b, co\u017e v\u0161ak pomoc\u00ed samoregula\u010dn\u00edch kabel\u016f nelze zaru\u010dit. V\u00fdrobci tak\u00e9 \u010dasto upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na nutnost dilatace samoregula\u010dn\u00edch kabel\u016f. P\u0159i zalit\u00ed do betonu \u010di anhydritu to m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na \u017eivotnost, proto\u017ee kabelu nen\u00ed umo\u017en\u011bno rozp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed vlivem tepla. Nikomu se ur\u010dit\u011b nel\u00edb\u00ed p\u0159estavba kompletn\u00ed rekonstrukce podlahy za \u00fa\u010delem obnovy elektrick\u00e9ho podlahov\u00e9ho topen\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad deset let po po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm faktorem hraj\u00edc\u00edm proti samoregula\u010dn\u00edm kabel\u016fm jsou jejich vysok\u00e9 startovac\u00ed proudy. Popi\u0161me si to na jednom p\u0159\u00edkladu. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk si po\u0159\u00eddil do sv\u00e9 n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 d\u0159evostavby podlahov\u00e9 topen\u00ed pomoc\u00ed samoregula\u010dn\u00edho kabelu. Po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch provozu musel vym\u011bnit termostaty. Z\u016fst\u00e1valy trvale sepnut\u00e9, proto\u017ee se jim \u201espekly\u201c kontakty vlivem nadm\u011brn\u00e9 proudov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Dodavatel mu nap\u0159\u00edklad spo\u010d\u00edtal, \u017ee pro m\u00edstnost 10m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;ve kter\u00e9 bylo instalov\u00e1no 100m samoregula\u010dn\u00edho kabelu o m\u011brn\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu 15W\/m, startovac\u00ed proud nep\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed hodnotu 10A. To by bylo celkem v po\u0159\u00e1dku, proto\u017ee termostat s 16A kontaktem pro odporovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, by sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee 10A se samoregula\u010dn\u00edm kabelem mohl zvl\u00e1dat. Ve skute\u010dnosti v\u0161ak nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 hodnoty startovac\u00edho proudu byly mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159i sepnut\u00ed topen\u00ed cca po t\u0159ech dnech ne\u010dinnosti, kdy byla teplota v m\u00edstnosti 21,5\u00b0C byl nam\u011b\u0159en startovac\u00ed proud 20A! Tento proud sice rychle kles\u00e1, ale pokles na dodavatelem uvedenou hodnotu 10A trv\u00e1 zhruba 60s. Ust\u00e1len\u00ed proudu na provozn\u00ed hodnotu okolo 4A pak trv\u00e1 n\u011bkolik minut. Za tuto dobu je sp\u00ednac\u00ed kontakt termostatu zna\u010dn\u011b tepeln\u011b nam\u00e1h\u00e1n a postupem \u010dasu doch\u00e1z\u00ed k jeho zni\u010den\u00ed. Pokud by k sepnut\u00ed topen\u00ed do\u0161lo p\u0159i 5\u00b0C, byla by hodnota startovac\u00edho proudu je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s odporov\u00fdm topn\u00fdm okruhem, kde kontakt termostatu sp\u00edn\u00e1 pro stejnou m\u00edstnost 10m<sup>2&nbsp;<\/sup>konstantn\u00ed proud 4A je tedy samoregula\u010dn\u00ed kabel zna\u010dn\u011b v nev\u00fdhod\u011b. To plat\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00fdch domech, kde se \u010dasto db\u00e1 i na velikost hlavn\u00edho jisti\u010de. V kombinaci s ostatn\u00edmi dom\u00e1c\u00edmi elektrospot\u0159ebi\u010di to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro d\u016fm se 100m2 podlahov\u00e9 plochy velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Nerovnom\u011brn\u00fd tepeln\u00fd v\u00fdkon kabelu pak nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 podlahov\u00e9 krytiny. To plat\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i takzvan\u00fdch such\u00fdch instalac\u00edch, kde je kabel kladen p\u0159\u00edmo pod n\u00e1\u0161lapnou vrstvu do hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch rozv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch desek. D\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 podlahov\u00e1 krytina je tak p\u0159i startech topen\u00ed nam\u00e1h\u00e1na mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm tepeln\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem ne\u017e je doporu\u010deno. To m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek vysou\u0161en\u00ed, deformace a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 rozvrz\u00e1n\u00ed podlahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud pak dojde k poru\u0161e na termostatu a topen\u00ed z\u016fstane trvale sepnut\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159es v\u00edkend, kdy nejsme doma, m\u016f\u017ee to m\u00edt v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9ho, nebo pasivn\u00edho objektu velmi negativn\u00ed dopad d\u00edky tot\u00e1ln\u00edmu p\u0159etopen\u00ed m\u00edstnost\u00ed, nemluv\u011b o spot\u0159eb\u011b energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e si k v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9mu je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed cenu samoregula\u010dn\u00edho kabelu (v\u010detn\u011b hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch rozv\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edch desek) oproti klasick\u00e9mu odporov\u00e9mu kabelu, tak je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee inteligentn\u00ed podlaha zase takov\u00e9 terno nen\u00ed.<strong>&nbsp;Rozhodn\u011b doporu\u010dujeme elektrick\u00e9 podlahov\u00e9 topen\u00ed realizovat za pomoc\u00ed klasick\u00fdch odporov\u00fdch topn\u00fdch kabel\u016f.
